Novus is proud to announce collaboration with Room 17. They will provide daily FUN and hands on math activities for all campers to explore in order to avoid summer learning loss! All activities promote fluency and can be enjoyed at home!

We are proud to announce after school STEM clubs now offered at Orange Ave. Elementary School and Mathewson Elementary School. Check out our options!

Weekly full day and 1/2 day programs.

Friday 9:00-4:00
1/2 Day 9:00-12:00 Only for Kindergarten-1st Grade

entering 3rd through 6th grade. 
Programs are not appropriate for younger children.

1/2 Day $180
Week 2 is $195 and only 3 days due to July 4th holiday.

Ooey Gooey Chemical Reactions & 3D Printing

Week One: June 24th-June 28th

In the first week of 2024, students will have the opportunity to delve into the fascinating world of chemistry with our Ooey Gooey Chemical Reactions workshop. Our hands-on experiments are both safe and engaging, giving students a firsthand understanding of how chemical reactions work. In addition, students will explore the world of 3D printing, using the design program Tinker Cad to create and print their very own designs. Don't miss out on this exciting educational opportunity for students of all ages.

Week Two:  July 1st-3rd

Monday-Wednesday (ONLY 3 DAYS DUE TO JULY 4th HOLIDAY)

This short, jam-packed week offers students the chance to engage in hands-on experiments that are safe and captivating. Delve into the world of chemical reactions and gain a firsthand understanding of how they work. In addition, this hands-on adventure offers campers the opportunity to create, build, and investigate activities based on their interests. With free choice stations that offer STEAM activities, building creations, and various art mediums, campers will have a blast exploring their imagination and developing new skills.

STEAM & Spectacular Scientist

Week Three: July 10th-14th

Embark on a fun-filled week of exploration and innovation with our STEAM & Spectacular Scientists program. Challenge your engineering skills with exciting building activities, from marble runs to imaginative sculptures. Plus, get hands-on experience with various science careers in a STEAM-themed setting. And who knows, you may even have the chance to make some slime!

Tech Titans & Epic Engineering

Week Four: July 15th-19th

Explore the fascinating world of technology and engineering in our 2024 Week 4 program - Tech Titans & Epic Engineering. From finch coding robots to Makey Makey, you'll get hands-on experience with the latest tech tools. In Epic Engineering, get ready to build masterpieces like homemade circuit robots and flight creations. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to unleash your creativity and innovation in the world of technology and engineering.

 

Master Chef  & Using Up Supplies

Week five July 22-July 26th

Unleash your culinary creativity with our Master Chef and Use Up Supplies program. Spend your days creating food masterpieces, from beautifully decorated cakes to homemade pasta. In the Use Up Supplies, it's our most creative week of the summer. You'll have the chance to direct your learning and dive into various projects based on the supplies left. There will also be opportunities to use all out tech tools. Don't miss the opportunity to join in on the fun and learn while having a blast!
